Terms of Service
Legal governing of API reselling and developer distribution.
1. Service Agreement
By creating an account or accessing the Mested Developer Solutions API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Our services are intended for use by business entities and professional resellers. We do not provide retail services to individual end-users.
2. API Usage & Licensing
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our API endpoints solely for the purpose of recharging game currency for your customers.
Restrictions:
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our fulfillment logic.
- You may not use the API for benchmarking or competitive analysis.
- You must not exceed 60 requests per minute without prior written approval.
3. Wallet & Balance
The Mested Dev platform operates on a pre-paid balance system. Funds added to your developer wallet do not expire as long as the account remains active.
- Minimum top-up amounts may apply based on your payment method.
- Mested Dev is not a bank; balances are stored solely for service consumption.
- Inactivity for more than 365 days may result in account suspension.
4. Fulfillment & Delivery
We strive for 99.9% automated fulfillment. However, delivery speed depends on game publisher server stability.
An order is considered "Successful" once our upstream provider confirms the delivery of currency to the Player ID provided. Mested Dev is not responsible for delays caused by game maintenance or publisher outages.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital game currency, once a top-up has been successfully delivered to the provided Player ID, the transaction is permanent and non-refundable.
Refunds to your developer wallet are only issued if an order fails at the source. It is your responsibility to verify the Player ID and Server Zone before sending the API request.
5. Account & API Key Security
You are solely responsible for the protection of your API Key and Secret. Any transaction executed with your credentials will be deducted from your balance, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.
- You must implement IP Whitelisting in your developer dashboard.
- Compromised keys must be revoked and regenerated immediately.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Mested Dev maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Access will be terminated immediately if you:
- Attempt to bypass our security headers.
- Use stolen payment instruments to fund your balance.
- Facilitate money laundering or illegal betting through our API.
- Distribute our API keys to unauthorized third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mested Dev shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the API.
We do not guarantee that game publishers will not ban or restrict accounts that receive third-party top-ups. You assume all risk related to the game publishers' own Terms of Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API access at our sole discretion, without notice, if we suspect a violation of these terms or any threat to our infrastructure.
